1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for most items within 30 days of the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Items must not be damaged, altered, or missing parts.
- Products must be purchased directly from LINKALI via our website linkali.xyz.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at contact@linkali.xyz with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
- Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to send the product back.
- Package the Item: Carefully package the item(s) in the original packaging (or a secure alternative) to prevent damage during return shipping.
- Ship the Item: Ship the item back to the address we provide along with the RA number. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was shipped.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item:
- We will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria.
- If the item is eligible, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days to the original payment method used for purchase.
- Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend following the return process and placing a new order for the desired item. Unfortunately, we do not handle direct exchanges.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:
- Final sale items: Any items marked as “final sale” are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Gift cards.
- Hygiene products (such as baby bottles or accessories) if opened.
6. Damaged or Defective Items

7. Late or Missing Refunds
